I'm definitely disappointed with the haircut and it's the first time I've ever wanted my money back. Not only is Lauren a great barber, but a true professional, trainer for others, and I believe even hand model. Bro was triggered so bad and started throwing these at me: "This is a professional salon not a kids salon go to your old barber" "I have plenty of WashU clients" "Zip it" WHEN I WAS SAYING NOTHING and the best one yet "never come back again I don't want to see your face" On top of that, he got irritated that I was occasionally looking in the mirror and at my phone to check on the process as if monitoring your own haircut is somehow offensive. At the end, he applied some powder to shape my haircut and to be honest this was not a super terrible haircut, although I thought my curtains could be more choppy like in the picture. However, I think my stylist lacks basic respect and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic decency.
