After my information was collected, I chose my jewelry and away we went to the back room. The gentleman that pierced my ears first marked them and had me look to make sure I like where the holes would be. I was hesitant and ultimately said I trusted him. Instead of just moving forward with piercing, he asked me what my hesitation was. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns. He talked to me through the whole process and was very thorough when explaining aftercare- as well as provided me with a pamphlet explaining everything too! The whole experience was pleasant and everyone was extremely professional. I don't see myself getting anymore piercings BUT if I did, I would go to Hammer's again- and I recommend this shop to my friends and family!

Got a call on Sunday that my drawing was done and that I could stop in at anytime to take a look at…read moreit. Thursday, I leave from Columbus after work to pick up my mom in the Massillon area (2 hrs away) to go look at the drawing. Thought we were going to be looking at a drawing of my dog's paw print with a heart inside of it and if all looked good, scheduling time for the both of us to get tattoos. That's not exactly what happened. We walked in to be shown a print out of a Google image. A Google image that I attached to my design form to be used as reference for the placement of the heart in the paw...that was the "drawing" they presented us with. The "drawing" was thoughtfully and carefully done (/s) by Blair who didn't really seem to care much that he had made such a blunder when he did finally speak up from the side of the room. A GOOGLE IMAGE!!!!!!!! At no point did anyone at Art Bomb think "Why is this lady paying $50 for a drawing when all she wants is this Google image of a generic paw print with a heart in the middle?". I had previously been in contact with someone at Art Bomb via email (explained what I was wanting, two tattoos were being done and provided a picture of an actual paw print from our dog) and per their instruction I completed the design form online. I added three attachments and a description of the tattoo. The "Continued Description" indicated that I had added three attachments and that if they didn't get all three to let me know as I was only seeing one of the three but it was also showing that I had attached three documents/pics. It looked odd enough for me to bring it to their attention only for them to ignore it. I also indicated that two of them were scans so that may be the problem. Shortly after submitting the design form, I received a call from Art Bomb. I inquired if they had received all of the attachments to which she replied "yes". She was calling to find out if I wanted my tattoo drawing to look just like the picture. I thought they had all three attachments so I had no clue I needed to respond in a manner other than saying yes because I wanted the tattoo to look exactly like my dog's paw print which was done with an ink pad. The info I typed was not legible on their end. They obviously didn't receive two of the three attachments as I was told on the phone. No one cared to look at the "Continued Description" or reach out to me to let me know that they couldn't read it. What a waste of time. Two thumbs down. On my lengthy drive back to Columbus that night, I called Art Bomb and inquired if one was to submit a design form request and paid $50 + tax if they would actually get a drawing or just a print out of a Google image. She hung up on me. Then was told via email that I was "slightly inconvenienced" and that a bad Google review is me trying to injure a small business. I think Blair is injuring their small business. He's mentioned A LOT in the negative reviews. Be happy, healthy and safe.
