Too many machines are out of order or have dead or missing batteries, and the cleanliness has noticeably declined. The dumbbell rack has broken holders for what looks like roughly half the dumbbells. I'm concerned someone could get seriously hurt if a dumbbell falls off. I do want to recognize the exceptional employees there. The personal training staff is amazing, especially Bernie and Jennifer. Luzma and Lydia in the children's daycare are also phenomenal and deserve recognition for the care they provide. The maintenance issues alone weren't enough to make me write a negative review. My concerns about the children's daycare finally pushed me to speak up. Recently, the daycare staff I've seen have been predominantly young men who appear to be teenagers. What concerns me most is whether they have the training and supervision needed to care for young children. In one incident, a young male employee took a little girl to the restroom and appeared unsure of the appropriate procedure. He did not go inside with her, but asked the manager whether he should. Staff caring for small children should already understand the restroom assistance policy and appropriate boundaries. When I raised my concerns with the current general manager, she told me she would be perfectly comfortable leaving her own daughter alone in a teenage boy's care without additional supervision. That response did not reassure me or address my concerns about staff training, supervision, and restroom procedures. I left feeling that my concerns as a parent had been dismissed. Taken together, these experiences have left me with serious concerns about maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and management. For what Life Time charges, I expect a well-maintained facility and a professionally run childcare center. Employees like Bernie, Jennifer, Luzma, and Lydia are a major bright spot, but this location needs stronger leadership, consistent staff training, and prompt attention to these problems.

Previously employee signed me up. I get a voicemail For my outstanding balance of $107 Apparently there's a pattern of accounts being opened up in customers, names and bills being sent out. I don't trust any establishment with sketchy employees, especially at a time when credit fraud and credit identity theft is so prevalent. If this was supposed to be a Tejas returning player's practice, they should have informed players from other clubs. If you were a returning TEJAS player you stayed on the court the WHOLE time and coaches NEVER took you out. Their shirts were drenched. If you were an outsider, you watched Tejas practice for 90 minutes and barely broke a sweat. Coaches were either nowhere to be found OR only cared about taking your $20 and simply watching and coaching their own Tejas players (daughter in some cases...). A complete JOKE. They are not serious about this being a "REAL" clinic.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME bringing your daughter there.

The parents and gymnasts are inclusive and do so many fun activities/events outside of the gym, away from gymnastics. There were too many kids for the number of coaches and they had knocked the mats out from under the bar, so her fall wasn't cushioned. No coach even called us; my daughter had to call to be picked up for X-rays. (The coach made her call from the coach's phone for proof they had contacted us, but she told my daughter she didn't actually want to talk to us.). And when we arrived to take her to the ER, the head coach did not even come speak to us about the injury. Empire will take your money. But they won't keep your child's well being at the forefront. They will expect her to keep secrets, and if she gets hurt at practice, they won't take care of her. So just be warned.
