Eukie's Paint & Sip was a GREAT experience for us on our family reunion trip to Taos. All of us were novices to painting, but Eukie helped us feel like we were painting pros. I wasn't sure how it was going to be for everyone in our group. Having a glass of wine, though, while learning to paint a picture really helped all of us to relax and be easy about this new experience. Thanks, Eukie, for being such a fun teacher ! read more

At Eukie's Paint & Sip, we offer an alternative to your typical night out. We guide those who claim "I'm not an artist" to embrace their creative side, and the more experienced artists are encouraged to explore their personal vision. We provide the opportunity for everyone to explore art on a personal level while having a blast doing it. We feel that fun, food, friends, family, and your beverage of choice to make for a memorable experience. We'll take care of bringing all the art supplies: canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, and inspiration. We have regularly planned events like Paint & Pint and Coffee & Canvas, or you can book a private party with us for special occasions, a girls night out, or just for a fun new activity for your group of 4-40. All you need to do is have a good time.

We had to stop. When we entered the building we were drawn into breath taking, sweeping, intense colors and a sweet dog named Lola greeted us. Unlike many galleries where we're either assailed by an artist who can't stop talking about themselves or worse, barely acknowledged, Ken Feldman introduced himself, warmly asked about us and invited us to explore his work. As we moved along we were drawn into our own New Mexico landscapes seen thru Ken's eyes and a touching story or two . We cannot boast owning a lot of original art but we were drawn to purchase one because we'd hiked that green and gold forest and wanted to feel that place in our home. My husband is telling me I'm started to sound sappy so I'd better stop. If you're a "tourista" or a local, enjoy the Taos plaza and all this unique city has to offer, but do get off the beaten path and meet Ken Feldman's New Mexico.
