I researched both locally and out of State, I landed on the Wall Center and I am so happy I did! Dr. Holly Wall as well as her entire staff were overwhelmingly welcoming and nurturing. They made me feel completely comfortable in such a vulnerable situation. For people that come from out of town like myself they have recovery suites that are like a 5 star hotel with 24 hour nursing care. I never wanted to check out! I also had both Cool Sculpting and Laser Hair removal procedures done at the Jade Meda Spa within the Wall Center. Ms. Denise Giddens did both. After a short period of time with Denise, she had me laughing hysterically. I would highly recommend asking for her! She had me completely feeling at ease. I am about two weeks into my recovery and Dr. Holly is still checking in with me and ensuring that I am healing up nicely. She really cares for her patients. I am LOVING my results and can see a world of difference in my self confidence and self image. I highly suggest going to the Wall Center for Plastic Surgery. They are a family there and it shows.

He came into the room, murmured his name, didn't acknowledge anyone, not even me as the patient. As a matter of fact, his back was turned to me the entire 3 minutes he was in the room. He didn't know if it was me on the bed or someone else...never asked my name only, "what's wrong with you?" I was in so much pain. He is insensitive, rude, unprofessional, and does not need to be in the Healthcare profession. My coworker and aunt were in the room as well. My coworker asked if they could check my glucose because I had gotten lightheaded. He typed something on the computer and then looked at her and said, "anything else?" I then asked if I could get something for the pain if it wasn't too much of a bother. At that point I felt like I was in an inconvenience for him. I asked the nurse if there was another doctor on duty, but she said patients can't change doctors. I was in too much pain to go somewhere else. I also plan to file a complaint with the CEO and/or hospital's president. He slammed the door on his way out without saying what would be done.

We were instructed to do so by our primary physician. Had to basically tell them what to do. Had to ask for them to recheck urine, give IV fluids for dehydration. The doctor ordered a chest XRray for "cough" rather than checking her abdomen. she didn't have a cough!!! Dr Keitz was the rudest doctor I've ever been around. Personality of a wet mop. Dr. Kelly Bihm is the rudest, most unprofessional, and dismissive doctor I've ever encountered…read more After flying across the country to be here for my mother in the ER, he did not acknowledge any family upon entering the room and would ignore anyone speaking to him (and even refused eye contact) unless it was my mother who is a stroke patient and was experiencing confusion and severe headaches. It was clear he was attempting to discharge us with no respect or consideration for what we were going through. I would highly recommend getting him some sensitivity training asap as he has a terrible and disgusting attitude problem and I would hate for any other patient to feel the way he made us feel. My mother actually cried after his foul treatment and even felt afraid of receiving further care at this hospital. On the other hand, the Advanced Cardiovascular Specialist, Kristen Keener, stopped by and was so incredibly kind and pleasant and extremely thorough in her explanations. She answered and even welcomed any questions we had as opposed to Dr Bihm's sour and dismissive attitude when it came to our concerns. She truly came in and saved the day making this experience much more positive and helped to cheer my mother up after being so poorly treated. She really made all the difference and is the only reason I am giving this even one star.

His instructions post-op were explained in great detail, given to me pre-procedure and explained to my family post procedure when he updated them after my surgery. All my follow up care was easily scheduled and office staff were very kind and understanding when I had to reschedule a couple of appointments. During my first appointment, I confirmed Dr. Davis took my insurance and within a week, my procedure was approved as medically necessary. Dr. Davis was booked up for a couple of months so I just counted down the days until my procedure! Surgery was a piece of cake and every single hospital staff that I spoke with did nothing but RAVE about how wonderful Dr. Davis was and the work he does. Unfortunately, I had a blister appear after my surgery due to reasons beyond Dr. Davis control. I had weekly wound care appointments by Dr. Davis until it was well enough for a debridement and additional stitches. Dr. Davis speaks fast but is a wealth of knowledge! He takes the time to answer your questions and is very direct with his answers. He made me feel extremely comfortable and never made me feel rushed or that he had better things to tend to! I would recommend Dr. Davis to anyone looking for a great experience. Christine and Alice were wonderful too! I even brought them Crumble Cookies on 2 separate occasions.
