Any time I have come in for a follow up she never had the best attitude, but recently they hired a new member to their front office and she has made my last three visits less stressful. Any time I call with a questions or concerns she has gotten it taken care of immediately, she may not have answers right away but has taken time to reach back out to me every time with the answers. Instead of handling legitimate parental concerns professionally, I was treated with hostility and a complete lack of respect. Due to the seriousness of these concerns, I am currently pursuing legal action and exploring all available options regarding the handling of my child's information and treatment. Families place a tremendous amount of trust in facilities like this, and accountability, professionalism, and honesty should be the minimum standard. I waited almost 2 hours and I still never saw Dr. Anglin. There was no communication with the front desk staff and nurses that he was running behind schedule when I checked in. My Obgyn office always gives a courtesy heads up if she is running behind or delivering a baby. If so, they offer to reschedule my appointment. When I finally asked at 1hr 15 min, they then said he was running behind. They finally get us into one of the rooms and we wait another 15 min for the nurse. Then another 10 for the X-ray technician. Then we wait another 15 min, still no doctor. I walked into the hall and asked for an update and his VERY rude nurse told me that she has waited 3 hours for an appointment. Really? Is that what I should expect? She said it in a way to make me feel like I was being completely unreasonable. Here's the deal.... if you can't see your patients within a reasonable amount of time, then maybe you shouldn't book so many appointments in a day.
