The first realtor we contacted severely misinforms us about our situations, and he puts us in contact with a sleazy and hostile loan officer. The second realtor did not provide us with any house to look at, and she was unreachable most of the time. We explained we were in a rush. Yet she took her time calling us back. The third realtor does not have time to pick up the phone and when he did was extremely disrespectful. I think we almost had PTSD from all these bad realtors. Mr. Richard is the complete opposite. He made sure we understood each step of the way when buying a house since we are first-time homebuyers. Mr. Richard was very attentive and patient when he explains things. He was very respectful, as well. Mr. Richard always has our best interests at heart. He pays attention to the things we say, what we like, or do not like when we are viewing properties with him. Mr. Richard is genuinely a pleasant guy to be around, which makes us more comfortable searching for houses and discussing our visions and budgets with him. Most importantly, when we feel weak and lost, he is always there with his guidance and prayers, to make us feel whole again.
