What I really appreciate is their efficiency--my orders are processed quickly and delivered to my doorstep the very next business day, which is incredibly convenient. When I call to check on prescriptions, I've noticed that some staff members are more knowledgeable and helpful than others, but overall the service has been reliable. My parents are both in their 90s and they deliver all of their medications directly to their home. I've called their pharmacists on many occasions to get information about particular medications, or to find out when their next delivery will be scheduled and they have always been extra professional and friendly. Their medications are very competitively priced and you can't beat their service compared to big chain pharmacies.

Stay away from this scamming Respiratory company…read more I did an overnight at home sleep study that was approved both by my primary doctor and insurance, with my insurance stating a copay of $10 on the insurance policy. They gave me a receipt after I completed the sleep study with a balance of $0. Sounds good right? A month later, I get a $100 bill in the mail with a forced autopay with the card I gave them for "deposit collateral" for the equipment since it was an at home sleep study. My insurance company is pursuing them for fraudulent charges as we speak. I suggest anyone to stay away so you won't endure the headache I've endured. Jimmy is willing to make any excuse to take your money and charge whatever they want even if your insurance covers it and has a clearly defined payment policy. He said it was be anywhere between $10-$100 for copay "if it had to be paid," which doesn't add up to any insurance policy or healthcare institute. Note: they charged my insurance as co-insurance and not co-pay, when the receipt stated $0 copay and only had a copay section, with Jimmy saying it would be a copay if I were to have to pay, so they're conducting fraudulent behavior. My insurance company noticed they used the wrong bill code on purpose.
