He took pictures and explained everything and then gave us options to fix our roof. He cares about you as a customer, not just making money from your problems. He ended up talking us out of the more expensive option because it turned out that it wasn't needed once he got started. We don't know anything about roofing and he could have easily convinced us that the more expensive fix was needed, but instead only did what was actually necessary. Dave is the ONLY man that I will ever call to fix my roof and I trust him entirely with the repairs and the pricing.

We have had so much rain this summer and it was great knowing that there would be no leaks around the house. Mr. Ratley and his crew came in, removed the old roof and cleaned gutters in the morning and had the new roof on by late afternoon. They were professional and tidy giving us an incredible sense of security. I remember when we bought this house in 2013, Mr. Ratley was one of the people who came by offering a new roof. We remembered him, not because of the offer but because he was the only one that honestly told us we had a few more years out of our current roof so there was no need to rush if we had other expenses. We did wait and four years later we were astounded and mentioned that the price he quoted was less than the original price. He told us that he always passes his savings on to his customers. Honesty, integrity and professionalism, I call that a trifecta win for us, and you too if you choose this company!

Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. If you have anything beyond 1 man, one day, patch and repair stay away. Poor supervision, poor follow up.

This company did a fantastic job! First of all, they are extremely courteous, professional, and made sure to explain everything that was going to be done. They actually took the time to ensure that we understood the process and what the outcome would be. We have pets, so they explained what we needed to do to make sure our animals were safe and secure, instead of out in the yard. Once the work began, I was expecting things to be really noisy, but amazingly, I almost forgot we were getting work done. The Essential Pressure Washing Team makes the process painless, from beginning to end, and the results are phenomenal! Now the brick and siding on our house is spotless--no more creepy cobwebs and icky stuff built-up on the siding or in the window sills. The car port is cleared of oil stains, and both decks look like they have had facelifts. Would you believe me if I told you all of this hard work was done relatively quickly and for a reasonable price? It was! They offer several other services and can accommodate both residential and corporate clientele. We definitely plan to do future business with this small but mighty locally-owned black owned business. Needless to say, we are extremely happy and thankful for the wonderful work that was done to maintain and beautify our greatest asset. We enthusiastically recommend Essential Pressure Washing, LLC for all your pressure washing needs. When you use them, tell them Kindra referred ya!

When we met with Paul owner and then with his workman, they both said they could build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, without a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone who can build according to contract. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.
