Remita documented that Bastian left a heating iron on the carpet too long causing the pad and carpet to be stuck together, therefore ripple kept getting worse over time. There are so many reputable companies in the Lehigh Valley. This was an experience from start to finish that I wouldn't want anyone else to experience.

We have contacted them about repairs and once a defective Lane sectional sofa and they went as far as to credit us for the full purchase price (after we used it for a full year!) which we gladly used to exchange it for a complete living room set (including a leather sofa).
