They responded quickly. After checking said I had a freon leak but would have to run a dye test over the weekend to find the leak. They would send tech out on Monday to fix leak. Charge$696. Monday tech comes out couldn't find the leak, but found "my whole system was not balanced". They wanted an additional $1,800+. Um, no. Called ACE AC. They sent their tech out. Alex. Said he knew exactly what the problem was. Cleaned the coil which he stated was black with dirt. Total charge $95. Air has been running colder than it has in years. Still freezing us today. Thanks ACE and thank you Alex. You did the job and didn't try to rip us off.
