First of all, they give you a physical menu, but you still have to order via QR code. You can request to order manually, but the physical menu we received didn't include everything we saw via the QR code. So what even is the point of handing out dirty, outdated physical menus? Do you guys want to be contactless or not? And if you want to be contactless, why do we have to flag down a server to pay? Secondly, the rumpsteak was a killer letdown. The stone plate did not retain any heat at all, resulting in the meat quickly becoming cold. It wasn't so bad at first, but it didn't take long for the meat became hard, dry, and unpalatable. It felt like I was no longer eating meat, but something artificially created in some shady back alley leftover meat processing lab. The fries were also soggy from the first bite. Come on, at least have one crispy fry? Lastly, I don't know what it is about Dadawan restrooms, but all the ones I've been to have been poorly ventilated, with a foul, lingering smell. It's like the only consistent thing they've got going for them.

Although we were a bit sceptical about the order-process with this special order-form, we found a wide variety of dishes to choose from (Sushi, Teriyaki, Chinese, Salads). The meals came quick and everything was really, really delicious! One of the best buffets we have ever had. The buffet costs EUR 20 per person which is reasonably priced compared to what you get. The food is excellent across the board, and if they are offering the chefs plate, I would recommend it because you get some of everything. As shown in the photos, our favorites we would highly recommend are both the Chopan Salat and Mantoe for the appetizer, the Lunkho dish (if you like lamb this is one of the best lamb dishes I've ever had) for the entree, and the traditional Afghan milk pudding for dessert. Not pictured, but their house made lemonade is also fantastic and it made sparkling with mint (not too sweet). I initially found this restaurant on yelp and its high reviews and photos of the food caught my eye - I knew my father and I had to try it. We both cook and travel a lot (my father has been to 70 countries) and it was hands down one of the best meals my father and I have ever had anywhere. I did not take photos of the restaurant but the decor was absolutely beautiful as well as the traditional flute music they played at a perfect volume. The staff and the chef himself were all very kind and informative throughout the dining experience and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will say come to this place with all your appetite because you will not be able to take your leftovers to go. The chef made an exception for us once and gave us one of their china plates with foil on top to allow us to take our leftovers to go since we did not know about the rule. Luckily we are staying close by and were able to return the plate because we wanted to return the above and beyond hospitality - the chef originally even told us to keep the plate! Food, service, and dining experience were all above and beyond. I am moving to Tilburg for a year for university and I will definitely be back multiple times.
