The meat was tender and fell off the bone and the sauce was great. The wine list small but well priced and we enjoyed a great Syrah from Argentina. This place was recommended by our server at our afternoon beer spot, and it turned out to be not just the best meal of the trip so far, but one of our favorite dining memories of recent years (okay, Covid may have limited those...). The first surprise was warm crusty bread with herbed butter and tomato tapenade delivered to the table. THAT hasn't happened anywhere in Belgium or Netherlands so far.
