The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and offered a massage option which is always a plus. They had Netflix playing on the TV in front. My experience with Dr. Mordkovich at Cross Hudson Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of a nightmare--from the botched Dysport treatment to the complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude of both the doctor and his staff. After my treatment, I was left with an unnatural, "spocked" appearance that completely altered my facial expressions, making me feel self-conscious and distressed. When I brought up my concerns immediately after the injections, instead of addressing them with care and professionalism, Dr. Mordkovich outright dismissed me and showed no interest in resolving the issue. His lack of concern made me feel anxious and uneasy, and I knew I could not trust him to fix the mistake he made. After weeks of back-and-forth and a frustrating, exhausting process of being ignored, they finally offered only a partial refund ($250)--as if I was at fault for their poor work! It was never about the money, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for patient concerns is appalling. This office clearly does not prioritize patient satisfaction or ethical care. I strongly urge anyone considering this doctor to think twice before trusting him with their face or body. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and no one should have to go through this kind of stress and disappointment after a cosmetic procedure. Avoid this place at all costs. Maybe that wasn't the best way to decide, but it's so hard to otherwise figure out who is good/bad. Of course their website is only going to show successful procedures. So, all I can say is that my daughter is super happy with her nose. She was obsessed with how it looked and what people thought of her before the procedure. 2 years later, it looks great and she is much more comfortable in pictures and just generally more confident. I didn't even know about the "closed" process. I see now, that it may not have been appropriate if she didn't need the right kind of work, but it was great for her. That includes the healing. She was a bit of a mess for a couple days, but then healed quickly. She had the procedure at the beginning of a school break and was able to go back to school without any noticeable swelling or bruising in about a week. We recommended Dr. Tobias to another friend who just had the procedure and is also thrilled.

For the sake of wanting to protect other people from this awful experience, I strongly encourage you to not see Dr. Capuano.
