This is the nicest terminal I've seen across all continents and with really nice staff! Tickets can be bought onsite, but to skip the lines, buy ahead of time at Aeropuertoer.com. It's in Spanish, but you can figure out what it's asking. International credit cards work. Just remember to put your FULL (incl middle) name where it says "nombre" - otherwise you can't complete your purchase. My friend doesn't have a middle name and had to make up a middle initial. This is not the same as the input field for your name for the credit card (don't make up names for that) - just a first and last name will do for that one. They then show you your ticket; screenshoot that, and voila :) Once you get to the station, you can go through either of the two security check lines. The one on the left is for the people with carry-on luggages; the right for those with backpacks/duffel bags. The luggages (maletas) will go on the bottom of the bus. Very clean facilities (read: bathrooms in the terminal), complete with complimentary espresso/Americano in the waiting area. They also have paper bags at the gate with water and cookies for the bus! People were pleasant, patient and the buses were top notice Volvos! They run right on time too! We had some confusion when our bus was to leave and as a consequence we had a 2 hour wait but then lots of people had wait! The seats were big and comfortable, had a movie going for trip too!

The Platino service is the most expensive but the bus will blow your mind. The seats are so wide there are only three across and each one has a monitor with a great selection of movies in almost any language you can think of. The only problem is that there are not many Platino buses so I have only been able to take it once. The buses in the other two classes put the "dog" to shame. They are clean and comfortable. At first glance the two classes of bus look the same but the GL service gives you a little more leg room which I like because I am 6'3" tall but I would not hesitate using the standard first class bus. A hint for people like me who can speak a little Spanish but can't understand the public address system at the bus station. When I get by the departure gate I find a Mexicano who is taking the same bus as me and let them know I can't understand the announcements. The people are always great about making sure I get on the right bus. If you have never taken a first class inter-city bus in Mexico you will be shocked at how nice they are compared to the buses in the USA.

It's close to the airport, and is a convenient place to catch a bus. Around the exterior of the center of the circle are all the bus ticket counters, where you buy your tickets. Be sure to check their screens for departure times, or they're published online. There are plenty of porters to help you if you need assistance with your bag, and there's an easy taxi platform that makes getting in/out of here a breeze. You have to go down a big ramp, then back up a big ramp to go under the area where the buses park and depart. In the tarmac/bus driving area, there was a huge hole in the ground, where it appeared someone had once tried to dig, but abandoned the project. However, the buses just steered around this obstacle.
