Warning To EVERYONE If you friends or family members Are patients at Estrella Dental in Elgin, here's my TRUTH of What Thier dental assistants did to me as a New Patient. Disclaimer. I Never write reviews and A REVIEW was added under my google account that said great staff dulce bianca and loreyda friendly staff ^ This Review above was made directly by The Dentistal Assistant From ESTRELLA DENTAL, DULCE & Also put a 5 star review!! IVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW IN MY LIFE UNTIL DULCE TOOK MY WORDS N FRAUDULENTLY PUT IT UP AS MY REVIEW of how great my experience was. IVE NEVER BEEN SO VIOLATED IN MY LIFE!!! THIS IS MY TRUTH because it seems like this dentist does not give a crap about what their dental assistants have been doing. As a new patient, Estrella Dental gave me documents to fill out electronically on my phone. I was having an issue going to the next page to fill out the Information. I asked for help and an employee named Dulce asked to see my phone. After a few minutes I asked for an update because it seemed odd that she had my phone for so long. She said "oh it's lagging but I'm just finishing up, I know it can get confusing" and she continued on & finishes up. I felt in my gut that something was off, but I let it go. 3 weeks later, I find a notification on my phone stating that my google review is helping many others!!!! DULCE went into my phone to my google account WITHOUT my consent, invaded my privacy, and gave this business a 5 star review using my first and last name, stating completely FALSE comments that were NOT written By Me. This is extremely disturbing and NOT OKAY!!! Dulce, Bianca and Loreyda are the 3 names that are being used in the comment that they wrote under my Google Account. I also see over 200 comments with a similar kind of review, mentioning those same exact names or with a few more added to it. It seems to be very suspicious, that all of these reviews are all very similar and mention the same employee names as providing such great service. Writing a false review and using someone else's name is wrong and unethical on so many levels. It makes me wonder who else they've done this to. This needs to be investigated!!!! (Which I did and they said THIER CAMERAS r NOT WORKING AND HAVNT BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS THUS WHY THEY HAVE NO PROOF N CAN NOT DO ANYTHING !!!!) This is bs! (I WANT JUSTICE)!! I have never in my life seen a business with so many of the same reviews, this is blowing my mind that this has gone on for So long! If I did NOT write my own review, how many other people are they writing fraudulent reviews under? What these individuals are doing is unprofessional, fraudulent and not to mention they've invaded my privacy! Who knows what else they did with my phone! I'm all about Reviews especially when choosing the right businesses. The fact that they did this to me and used my name...my account...taking words out of my mouth that AREN'T TRUE AT ALL...makes me furious!!! Reviews to me are EVERYTHING. This is how I choose WHO I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH...especially if they'll be working INSIDE MY MOUTH! Not to mention NEVER IN MY 36 years of life going into dentist office do I ever see anything crawling around. Of course not up until I go into Estrella Dental. There was a creepy looking bug crawling around while I was waiting to get seen on the chair (that was at 3:57 p.m.) I have a whole video recording the bug just roaming around and also the lady trying to kill it, I believe it was the manager that came in and tried to spray it with water from the dental equipment. That was disgusting and unprofessional!! Anyway I am EXTREMELY FURIOUS Anyone who looks up this business and the google reviews can see how obvious it is that there is something fishy going on with so many five star reviews and the style of writing, names mentioned, etc. in almost every single review that is written. I cannot speak for others and can only speak for myself, but I can assure you I never wrote this review and something needs to be done about this. My TRUTH MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME. I brought my mother in to see Dr. Mamsa yesterday for the first time. We spoke to Bianca over the phone and she facilitated our last-minute appointment very patiently and efficiently; we appreciated being sent the new patient paperwork so we could fill it out in advance. Serina and Dulce at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during the check-in and check-out processes. As far as Dr. Mamsa himself, he did a wonderful job from start to finish. He not only put my mother at ease during the procedure but took the time and initiative to explain the issue and every step of the procedure and proposed management plan to me since I have a medical background. His bedside manner was impeccable and his team was very attentive. Everyone worked well together, and the clinic environment was quite positive. Overall my mother and I had a fantastic experience and were extremely comfortable with Dr. Mamsa and his team; I definitely see myself and the rest of my family returning here to fulfill our dental needs. read more

My husband and I just moved into the area and are very happy to have found a dentist office with a great, welcoming staff. Elisabeth, the Office Manager, was very friendly and knowledge. She explained the insurance benefits thoroughly to us. Yasmine, the dental assistant was also very friendly and knowledgeable and cares that you are comfortable with the treatment you are having. Dr. Abbas was fantastic. He is concerned for your dental health and explains in detail what it is that he is doing. He takes his time and is gentle. My husband did not feel any pain during his procedure. We have definitely decided to keep him as our dentist. Overall, it's been a great experience. read more

Brought my teenage son in and needed a lot of work done. Dr. Mamsa was great. Very detailed and thorough. You can tell he really enjoys helping people. Ricky and Yasmine were attentive to my son as a patient and aided Dr. Mamsa skillfully and swiftly. Dulce and Perla were very friendly receptionists and started us with positive experience which was a big hurdle to get my son to go in the first place. Add-in all the "Grinch" themed Christmas decorations and the pretty lit Christmas trees in the lobby, I don't think it could have been a better experience. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now, today I had to get my tooth removed. I was very nervous but as soon as I started to get treated the doctor and assistant made sure I was comfortable! Before doing anything they always gave me a heads up of what they were going to do next. Also, I felt a little sharp pain while doing the procedure and she easily added more numbing. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I had today. If I had to get another tooth removed I would be very comfortable coming here and doing so. Best dentist place I've been to yet. The staff cares about their patients being comfortable and not in pain. The doc literally made sure I was fully num before extracting anything and he was super cautious. The previous dentist I went to had chipped two of my teeth while extracting my top wisdoms and he didn't make sure I was num. he wouldn't stop to num me more and just kept going and putting me through absolute pain. Therefore, Estrella dental is my favorite and my go to dentist place for now on. :) read more

Dr Insia, Dr Mamsa, and Dr Lina are all so friendly and awesome. The whole staff in general from front desk to people in the back are great. I look forward to come here every time because they are so welcoming and affordable. Christy, Arleen and Isabel are great at what they do, super friendly team. Service is great from the moment you walk in. Conny and Dulce are very welcoming making you feel very comfortable! Emily was the one that assisted myself along with Dr mama. She explained to treatment and payment options. Once my decision was made on treatment she checked on me the whole time to see how I was doing and if anything was needed. She ( the dentist) has walked me through every procedure, and has worked around my crazy schedule. Doctor Mamsa is Excellent and Awesome. Had to get my wisdom teeth out and didn't feel a thing. This guy is hands down the best. Took him under a minute to get out a tooth that he said was going to be the worst. Really cool guy too and all the coworkers are very friendly and nice.
