Maria who was driving in the right lane decided at the last minute to make a left hand turn (I was next to her in the left lane) onto Canon Perdido cutting me off requiring me to swerve and lock up my brakes and loudly skid to avoid her and a parked car. Considering the location (in front of the Post Office on a Main Street) there were numerous witnesses many of which yelled "WATCH OUT" etc and when I avoided the almost certain collision, many now yelled "OMG - You are so lucky". Anyway - this was a classic left turn in front of a motorcycle and likely one of the main reasons for a car - motorcycle accident, many ending in fatalities. Once I caught my bearings I followed her in hopes to point out what just happened and to ask her to be more careful because clearly she was clueless. However, when I finally got her attention she yelled at me for almost hitting HER! WHAT!?!? I almost wish we did collide as the SBPD would clearly see what I just experienced by our individual locations at the time of the accident. Unbelievable! I mean no harm no foul "I guess" but would have expected an apology or at least an acknowledgement that she almost seriously injured me and damaged both of our vehicles. I sure hope she had a super important showing to possibly account for this carelessness and disregard for other motorists. Thanks for the car advertisement. You should absolutely reconsider your profession sir, as your weak attempts of intimidation do not work on a professional like me.
