Rude and unprofessional. She kept changing the day and time, and tried making me feel as if I was the one who had the wrong day and time. No apologies. When it was time to honor the refill at a discounted price due to the groupon pricing, she showed up late, looked right at me with a look of disgust, loudly complaining that she did not feel like being there, because something was wrong with one of her eyes. I thought maybe she did not recognize me, but she did because she then called out to me to come in. We spent about 10 minutes trying to figure if she should try to apply lashes due to the fact she said her eye was bothering her. She suggested we try I decided against it, because if she is saying she can't see out of her eye, why would I want to even have her attempt and waste my time. Keep in mind I spent about an hour driving to her place of business, then she shows up about 20 minutes late, no apology whatsoever.
If she knew she was not sure about doing lashes that day, at least let me know and don't have me drive that far, then have to wait and be treated that rudely. At least she should have apologized. (I don't know if she was so unwilling because it was a promotion and not full price)
