They provide shipping or packing services and when I use them, i had nothing ever broken or delayed. I have used their services for years, and I would rue the day if they ever decide to close. It's unfortunate that they have a monopoly, but from now on I will travel a greater distance in order to have a more confidence-inspiring experience. Among other complaints, their tracking numbers are never working, they lost one of my packages and were useless in helping me track it or file a claim, and their customer service is generally poor.
