Customer assistance is great…read more I was there to use the self-service copy machine but for scanning a series of documents. Started off fine until it mis scanned one of my documents. It only has one option and that's to start scanning completely over. On top of that, I was about to go over the pre authorized amount to my card and that stopped the job. Not a very efficient process or machine at all.

The folks that work here are super friendly, and FedEx's email to print function is a breeze to navigate. There isn't a lot to say except this is an efficient spot with a parking lot in midtown, which is wonderful. Other locations in the heart of the city require street parking which can make the trip much less simple.

I printed it and walked into FedEx. Rosa is awesome. She walked me over to the self service kiosk and showed me how to take care if it ( so next time i can if I'd prefer ). She then got me two receipts with tracking numbers. I prefer to go to a location to get a receipt versus a drop box. Several Years ago i wanted glossy pictures printed and they easily helped me out. There is usually street parking nearby.

You are supposed to enter a verification code and there are options such as: EMAIL TEXT OR CALL ME I did not receive any response and I was locked out of my stupid account. The package that I am waiting on has been delayed for 3 days according to FedEx only to find out, that they have set today's delivery attempt as the FINAL ATTEMPT. I actually did receive a missed you tag, today. I just don't understand why the delivery person DOES NOT KNOCK AND JUST PUTS A FREAKING MISSED TAG. Yes, I do live in a security building; HOWEVER, My living room window is above the entrance door and open, but the delivery person didn't knock. I also have delivery instructions that had my phone number to gain entrance, but the directions were not followed.

Eric and Shawn went beyond helpful with my transaction. I brought in two grey totes (you would probably use to hold lots of toys) full of shoes and things. I thought I had to buy a box to place them in being that the lids could easily pop open but no. Eric stated that they would wrap it up well with tape before sending it off. I saved about $30 bucks on just boxes I assumed I needed. With the check in offer : 10% off with Yelp check in my total was $170 saving almost $20 bucks with check in. Soo grateful for that. The pleasant voice they both had with short stories made this transaction a breeze. I'll be back to send off another 3 totes. Thanks Eric and Shawn.

He's always been able to help and provide insight into increasing efficiency for my trips and reducing the time I spend in store. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.
