I have gotten facials before but I always felt like they didn't listen to me about my skin. Alexis asked me about my skin type my concerns and addressed them all. I have never been happier. There was no pressure to buy products or membership like other places. I am so impressed with the amount of information that Alexis shared with me about skincare and why your skin acts the way it does and what your skin needs. I have always been the type to wash my face with water and call it a day. Alexis sat there explained everything in detail. I walked in there knowing absolutely nothing about skincare and walked out of there happy as a kid in a candy store and knowing so much about my skin. I felt so comfortable and was so happy with my services. The store is so cute and is decorated so nicely and it just makes you feel so comfortable. I seriously am so happy I went and I can't wait for my next appointment. This is a place you want to go to for your services hands down. You will not regret it.

They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! She was not the least bit intimidating or pushy and never once disregarded or minimized my concerns or anxiousness. The receptionists there were also very sweet and friendly.

My experience with Alyssa was very comfortable and she was very thorough making sure not to leave anything behind lol. I have an appointment in 4 weeks and I might buy a package. My first few experiences were at nail salons (the worst and most painful), then I tried sugaring at 2 places near where I live and I always had a good experience there as well, but there was something different about the wax EWC uses. It wasn't pain free but it was certainly less painless than regular wax or sugaring. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

I have been disputing the charge on my Chase account as well as contacting the Rocky Point, NY establishment to cancel the account so that I would no longer be charged. I have gone down there 5 times from October 1-October 20 to ask to have my membership terminated. Each time I am told that the manager is either not in or on a conference call and cannot cancel the membership at that time but will call me back. I have never received a call and continue to be charged for the service. I have attached photos of the documents I filled out for the 5th time on October 16, 2024, yet am still being charged for the service on October 21, 2024. Sadly, now that I am looking into this, I see this is a standard practice with this business. Be very thoughtful before you sign this contract.

Honestly we were appalled as $50 massage, $10 is a 20% tip! They requested a 40% tip! It's upsetting because my sister and I always tip well and are more than fair to have money pushed back at us when usually people are grateful. We heard from a family friend who went there the same day they did the same thing to them! We ended up giving them their "normal" tip rate. She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.
