They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! She was not the least bit intimidating or pushy and never once disregarded or minimized my concerns or anxiousness. The receptionists there were also very sweet and friendly.

They were able to make a same day appointment which was great. The front staff was amazing, polite and energetic. Waxing is not new to me, I have been full body waxing for over 20 years, in my late 30's now. I had my under arms, a full Brazilian and half legs done. When she was doing my underarms I was incredibly surprised she was going back for a fourth time, and not just touch up, a full coverage of the wax for the fourth time. I looked at my underarms trying to figure out why she needed to keep going back. She could tell I had some concern and her response was that the hair was coming off really well. Well why go back a fourth time then? The Brazilian and half legs were fine but my underarms were very uncomfortable so I purchased their cream to go with it. That night I could barely sleep the pain was so bad. I used their cream and I even dusted some talc powder to help with extra moisture and chaffing. The next morning my underarms were covered with big sores. The day after that they had turned into large scabs. I called that day to the office and the gal at the front desk advised that I use a cream like neosporin to help it heal and she would have the manager call me. The manager left a message the next day but was in the office for very limited hours and would not be back till two days later. I called back two days later and left another message also advising the best time for her to call me. She called several hours before that time and left a message saying she put a 5 point credit on my account, to continue using their serum to prevent ingrown hairs and call if I had any other questions... I am appalled at that kind of response! Waxing is not new to me. Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience like this! It's been two weeks now and the sores have turned to scars that are fairly noticeable. I will be calling the main offices and also filing a complaint with the local cosmetology licensing department. I would never go back here and advise others to make sure you are verifying that whoever you see has a great track record with other long time customers.

I have gone down there 5 times from October 1-October 20 to ask to have my membership terminated. Each time I am told that the manager is either not in or on a conference call and cannot cancel the membership at that time but will call me back. I have never received a call and continue to be charged for the service. I have attached photos of the documents I filled out for the 5th time on October 16, 2024, yet am still being charged for the service on October 21, 2024. Sadly, now that I am looking into this, I see this is a standard practice with this business. Be very thoughtful before you sign this contract.
