I paid a lot of money on laser with ZERO RESULTS. She uses freezes from the dollar store to cool down your skin before the laser? Thats not very hygienic or professional. The technician sheepishly said they reuse them over again on other people...YUCK!!! The owner Joanne is rude and once she has your money she could care less. I don't recommend this business at all!

Because when you feel like "My skin needs this" and then you have a long wait or no openings makes you put off treating your skin right. (or maybe its just me). Okay back to the scheduling of this appointment with Aesthetic Theory Detroit (ATD). I click on the tab to request appointment on yelp and I love that right away i was taken to a quick few questions what my concerns were along with a few other questions. Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you. I loved how i didnt feel pressure to buy anything or like I was being given a sales pitch during my facial. 2 days after the facial I did get a few little breakout but I was told that would happen because of the treatment from the Dermal inusion. But Heather did a fabulous job and i'm looking forward to getting my skin right and the next appointment I have. The second time was recently to get a set of nails I had done somewhere else removed. I figured they couldn't mess this up, so I tried them again. They broke my skin with the drill bit, filed my nails too short and didn't even completely remove the previous fake nail. My nails look and feel awful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

In my several years of frequenting this business, I have never encountered any issues with the employees, all of the staff are very friendly and the owner is incredible. Everyone there works very hard and in my experience they all do amazing manicures and especially incredible pedicures. It is without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that I would 100% recommend coming to Windsor Nails & Spa to anyone, whether friends, family or colleagues.
