They were so intent on making their $100 without a modicum of due diligence to at least probe to see what could potentially be damaged. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.

However, from the time we met with Bartlett Arborist Representative Matt Smith back in Spring 2024 to the finishing touches finally in October (due to horrific Florida Summer Weather, hurricanes and waiting on driveway paver project to be complete), he kept us updated all along the way. His professionalism along with his vast knowledge and most importantly his always being timely responsive when we had so many frustrations. A BIG "Shout-Out" to Heidi Wolff in the Bartlett Office, she too, was incredibly professional and patient when we had so many questions. Lastly, the team, that was sent out for "day-of" projects were really terrific young men. The took the time to share with you the process entailed to complete the job. They also were extremely prideful and really wanted you to be pleased with the services they provided, and they left the entire work area immaculate upon completion of their good work. I appreciated they were in constant contact with Matt to ensure they had gotten to all projects quoted. While Bartlett Tree Experts came to us highly recommended, we did our due diligence in wanting to find the very best Tree Services available in Naples and there are ALOT that claim they are. There were many that could have gotten us on their schedules much sooner; however, after doing our homework/research, we kept coming back to Bartlett Tree Experts. The BIGGEST REASON is because of Matt Smith and Heidi Wolff. We respected their professionalism, their knowledge and their extreme patience at a very frustrating time for us. I like that so many neighbors have stopped by with many positive comments on our new driveway and the tree services that were done both as a result of a root problem, but also the manicuring (for lack of a better word) that we wanted done for not only beautification, but also for the safety of our home & property. We "hands-down" highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.
