The tree was in a tricky spot between the pool cage and the lake, about an 8 ft area wide. I had quotes between $400 (Any Town) and $1900! I decided to go with Any Town after reading their reviews. They showed up on schedule with 6 men, very professional trucks, and the appropriate tools and power equipment. They were so friendly, fast, efficient. Everything was done and thoroughly cleaned up in one hour. They very clearly knew what they were doing! The guy to handle the stumping of the trunk (same company) came back 3 days later and did the job. We were told upfront that if we wanted them to take away the trunk shavings, that is an additional $60. We declined and said, no we'd handle that. Well, we had gone out and when we came home there was a tree shaving pile that was huge and extremely heavy. Plus, we had no idea how we were going to dispose of it all. I called Any Town back and asked if they could please come back to remove. They were back the next morning and removed it all in about an hour. A back breaking, messy job. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.

My French drains weren't put in correctly, sprinklers were all left poking out of the ground causing my kids to fall over and over on them, the sprinkles he used were trash. He said he couldn't bury the sprinklers because there was a frame in the way.... I ended up doing it myself... and found no wood frame underneath the ground. I'll say this, all the work seemed extremely half asses. I ended up getting charged more without him telling me until the end as well. I left marks for him to put the sprinkles and he put them wherever he thought was best. Absolutely, no water coverage on my new lawn. I called him to show him and texted him photos of the job and said he would be here the following week. He also left a patch of dirt with no grass where he was supposed to put it?
