We LOVE Alex. He has consistently provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Unlike our Toyota dealership... he will not up sell for the sake of up selling. He is busy enough he does not need to fleece his customers. Toyota said to replace our entire exhaust system for 2500$ when it broke down... they do not repair... only replace. We were told that we cannot trust "JOBBERS" and it would be risky to have it repaired by anyone other than the dealership. Took the car to Alex after a friend suggested we have him take a look.... he fixed it for 100$. All it needed was a spot weld. Took him 45 minutes and that was 3 years ago. Car still working perfectly. Highly recommend. I think the only credit card they take is Amex. .. or cash. Double check your payment options when you call. Not the prettiest place... no waiting room... but there are a couple of restos nearby if you need same day service.

The new owner and his team are super friendly and the prices are competitive for the services they offer. I have a rav4 and to have it clean inside/outside will run you for 40$ taxes included and 25$ outside only. They work fast and efficiently. Every nooks and cracks aren't left untouched! I only go to the automated car wash for my old 2006 Corolla lol! These automated ones tend/could damage the paint on your car. So if you want to keep your car sweet looking for a longer period, I would suggest a hands car wash even if it's more expensive. It's worth the investment. This place delivers with a smile and great service!

As mentioned in my earlier review, this Petro Canada has an automated car wash and I used to gas up at Petro Canada regularly until I no longer had a credit card (RBC credit card) which gave me a discount on Petro Canada fuel) so started going to Esso and discovered that my car seems to run better on Esso gas than Petro Canada gas (engine light would go on with Petro Canada gas and stopped going on when I switched to Esso). Since I still had some car washes available on my prepaid card, I stopped by to get my car wash. The automated car wash worked as expected. You pay and then you drive so your car's front tires are over the track and then put your car in neutral and make sure your windows (and sunroof if your car has that) are closed and the track will then slowly move your car through the car wash. My car is old so I don't really care about hand-washing or machine washing my car. The car wash did a decent job but I'm not too picky.
