I went in to complain and this person gave me every excuse in the book including; no one else has complained; I took too long to drive the six feet and the blower timed out; the company that runs the wash will still charge them. I told them to check the video from the cameras in the wash - ignored. I felt like I was treated like a thief and was disrespected. She offered to put me through again finally but I could not wait the extra thirty minutes in line. This is a great example of how to paint its honest customers with the same brush you do to the thieves. Learn to be discriminating, respect your customers and earn repeat business. You lost mine.
