I went back today to ask for a refund, but was refused because the purchase was a month ago. I asked to speak to the manager (who the employee called twice) and again was refused because he was busy. I said I was busy too. All they needed to do was refund $10.50, to build good will, for a service I didn't use. I will never go back there. 'Don't support shoddy businesses.

This is super convenient for me, close to home and competitive pricing with the big stations. The lot is a bit wee so once in a while people come in from the opposite side (likely to do with the side their gas tank is on as well) and block your exit. Alas this is not a criticism against the station this is just other driver's staring at you and not quite getting you have nowhere to go. Geeze dude there's a guy right behind me, you've pulled in front of me and I can't go around you...what do you want me to do? So lesson to me, go at odd times of the day when its less busy. I visited their car wash on Saturday morning, and in the middle of the wash, I felt something was hitting my car, and my car shakes. After the wash, I got out immediately to check on my car, and saw that there are damages in my rear wing. I reported back to the gas station immediately, filled out a form. The staff promise me that the manager would get in touch with me in a day or two. In Monday, I got a call from the manager, but the call was not about apologising or promising any repair, but instead, all he says is that their car wash was working flawlessly, there is no chance of damaging my car. He insisted that I must have damaged it elsewhere even I mentioned to him that I felt the impact inside the car wash, he simply denied every responsibility. I'll never go to this place again, and so do you if you want your vehicle to keep in one piece.

I had purchased some lottery tickets at his station and ended up dropping a $100 bill on the counter by mistake. I only realized this about an hour later. I retraced my steps and decided to check the gas station just in case, when I arrived Jaskaran was waiting for me with the $100 bill in his hand. He could have said that he never found it but he didn't and I commend him for his honesty. I gave him a finders fee and thanked him very much.
