If you're on the fence about trying eyelash extensions because of the cost, maintenance, or if they won't look right on you READ THIS because I was too. It sounds silly but these eyelash extensions have changed my life in unexpected ways. Small ways but have had a huge impact on my mood, energy, confidence, and more! They've literally erased so much of my stress and mental load and freed up so much of my time. I'm not late for work bc my makeup took too long trying to perfect it. I don't get annoyed in the mornings because I can't get my mascara and my eyelashes to like each other. I'm not even putting makeup on anymore because the eyelashes do so much I don't feel like I need anything else. So I'm not sleeping in makeup anymore. My breakouts stopped. They always look the same and symmetrical (damn near impossible with mascara). The perfectionist in me is very satisfied. I told kaylee I wanted a classic set and for it to still look natural and she DELIVEREDDDD. And now I'm an eyelash girly and I'm never going back. We made the appointment for 3pm on a Sunday, and were told that it was completely doable and that we could be done before they closed at 5. We all showed up on time, and it seemed as though the nail salon had many other people make appointments at the same time as us, so after waiting an entire hour past the time, 3 of us were started-- one person with gel and the two with dip. 40 minutes before they closed, 1.25 hours into sitting around, and hadn't even begun on my acrylic refill, and we were notified only ONE staff could do design since everyone else was booked out. Incredibly disappointing, and clearly not coordinated. Nobody spoke to us, ignored us and grabbed others that came in after us and after our appointment slot and took care of them first. Had someone come to call only one of us back at 4:30, which would not have left enough time to get either of us done. Seems as though they have 2 good people who were booked out by others, but did not consider the large group that we'd called about a week ago. Vibes: The space was cute and professional-looking, which did not match the business practice whatsoever. I love supporting small businesses and I'm happy to see success, but the customer experience is overlooked. We were treated as if we were walk-ins without an appointment. Two of us are leaving without our nails done due to the timing. The others did get nails done and they look pretty good, and the green ones were a little patchy but the design was good.
