This is the flagship store which is obvious. The staff were so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, made suggestion(which were dead on perfect), gave a club house tour, and were talkative. I felt at home there and it was a very calm classy vibe so we ended up buying more cigars, a lighter, and lounging. If you follow me I've been to every cigar bar in Pittsburgh and about 10 in NYC. This was the most welcoming, chill, and clean out of them all. A major reason why I'm considering joining the club is the outdoor garden with a patio, grill, bar, games.... and the amazing club tour.
