Most of the concepts Mara introduced were fairly new to me, but she made them all completely accessible and I can see how each could benefit me in some way. There are several I plan to use right away. Mara's room was comfortable, well organized, and the environment was very conducive to learning. Mara has mastery, enthusiasm and love for what she is doing and for the people she is serving and it shows. She prepared useful and relevant materials that we can refer back to and use henceforth. The participants were very friendly and the group meshed well imho. Mara did a great job of directing conversations and keeping the class focused. All of us were able to share useful information and, of course, Mara shared a number of helpful resources with us as well. The class was pertinent, interesting, fun, and useful. The time went by all too quickly and when it was over, it seemed hard to tear ourselves away.
