All I said was that my food was burnt, that it was frustrating they didn't have items they advertise and sell on the menu, and that my coffee had regular milk when I had specifically asked for almond milk multiple times. It's irritating to pay for something only to have to get up and leave because the order is wrong. They seem to pick and choose who they give good service to, and overall, their coffee is pretty bad.
