Ruben is the only person that took the time to walk through the problem, scope the drains as well as snaked out to clean the drains... verses just doing minimal needed to get water flowing again and charge $300. He found the culprit (short story - it was a 22 year old sponge) and managed to knock it lose pushing it out to the city drain.
