    If I could give zero stars I would. Nancy is so rude. We have been with Henderson for probably 20+…read moreyears and when Elaine left this place went down the toilet. Times are tough and I had expressed that to Nancy -- I lost my job and had to get my footing back with my mortgage, car payment, etc. She would huff and puff over the phone, her emails were rude and short to me and sometimes she wouldn't even respond. I missed some payments along the way for my auto insurance and the policy got cancelled and I was very apologetic. I need insurance now in order to obtain registration on my vehicle and MIND YOU, I still have my home owners policy in place with them.. When I called to ask to reinstate my insurance Nancy sighed so loud, letting me know she was annoyed with me and then proceeded to tell me that it's a headache for her agents there to have to keep rewriting my policy for my auto insurance. I can not believe this and I will be taking all my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, THEY ALL SEEM LIKE THEY DISLIKE THEIR JOBS HERE. So unfortunate after all these years. Again, I'm sorry I missed some payments, times were really hard and I'm getting back on my feet and being vulnerable and expressing that to her there to get that response was just plain out hurtful.

My insurance agent reviews my policy periodically and always keeps me updated as to where my coverages are and is always verifying I have the best coverage suitable for my needs. She also keeps me updated with any discounts that we are eligible for. Also, my agent has always been there to guide me and assist whenever I have any insurance questions. You see, I found myself in the rather unfortunate position of being involved in a motor vehicle accident--another driver cut me off and crashed into my car, which, as far as I understand the laws of physics and basic driving etiquette, was not my doing. Naturally, I thought it prudent to request a review of any available footage to support this wildly controversial notion of "not being at fault." This, however, was met with what I can only describe as an administrative shrug. Thinking perhaps there had been some sort of clerical oversight (these things do happen, after all), I made several attempts to follow up--calls, inquiries, the usual rituals. Silence. Not even the comforting hum of progress. Just... nothing. Eventually, I did manage to speak with Stephanie, at which point I had hoped for clarity, or at the very least, a modicum of professional curiosity about my situation. Instead, I was rather unceremoniously talked down to and, quite astonishingly, made to feel as though I had somehow orchestrated the entire incident myself. I assure you, if I had that level of control over events, I would have chosen a far less inconvenient outcome. Now here's the truly remarkable part: months later, upon checking the status of my claim, I discovered it had been recorded as me accepting full liability. Full liability! A conclusion I neither agreed to nor was properly informed about. It's the sort of plot twist one might expect in a poorly written procedural drama. All in all, the experience has been less "customer service" and more "existential puzzle," with communication that could generously be described as intermittent at best. I had hoped for diligence, transparency, and perhaps even a hint of advocacy. What I received was... well, this. Would not recommend, unless you enjoy confusion, unanswered questions, and surprise endings.
