I was devastated with this because it wasn't one hair but two long black hairs! I honestly think that the meat had dropped on the floor and the chef picked it up and slopped it back on my plate because the chefs were wearing hair nets! With just one or two exceptions the staff showed complete indifference, bordering on rudeness, towards genuine concerns and queries from their patrons, some of whom are long term regular customers, and merely blindly cited and hid behind bureaucratic rules & regulations while refusing to even enter into any dialogue whatsoever. THIS VENUE IS AMATEURISH & POORLY STAFFED AND SHOULD NOT BE PATRONISED.
