Our staff team went to Escape Rooms Flagstaff for some team building. The staff took time to explain everything to us beforehand. We split between a hard and a medium difficulty room. I was in the medium difficulty room which took place at a ski resort. The room was challenging, but the staff were very generous in giving us "nudges" to get us in the right direction. It made our group grow in communication and delegation. We had fun and laughed a lot. Even a fun surprise when you complete the room. Our coworkers in the gambling themed room had a good time and was able to escape as well. Sounds like it was considerably harder than our room. We all had a good time. read more

The escape room was a very fun experience, my group had an amazing time. They best part was our game master Isabella. She was very kind and tentative. She helped us when we asked for it and was very patient. She made the experience so much better. The rooms were very fun and challenging. I would for sure go back, I recommend switching up the themes so customers like myself look forwards to coming back and doing more things. I have booked three parties at this establishment over the past 4 to 5 years. On Saturday evening my daughter wanted to go with five of her friends which I made an appointment for online come to find out Sunday morning two of them came down with a cough and a cold and could no longer make it the nice gentleman working behind the counter told me to call the manager on Monday when she would be in the office, I did and encountered one of the rudest human beings I have ever spoken to on the phone. I was told to read my reservation that no refunds will ever be given and that I should've known that before calling and was hung up on!!! Be weary of making a reservation at this place Flagstaff is a small town and we don't do well with butt heads. I would never visit this establishment again and will tell everybody I know about it. read more

The staff was super helpful and friendly! While doing the escape room, if they notice weren't doing well, they would give us an extra hand just to make sure the game was fun! After our hour was up, they had signs and offered to take pictures! The set up of the room was a little bit different than I was expecting, but still an all-around great time. The morning we had our Escspe room booked I found out I had a sick kid and called to reschedule. As soon as I said that I would have to cancel, the woman on the other end of the phone blurted out "We don't do refunds!" She had a lot of attitude and I was surprised by her angry tone but thought I would try to explain myself. When I told her I was trying to reschedule for the next weekend she replied very unpleasantly, "It's a 25 dollar fee to reschedule!" I replied, "Excuse me?" It was not the fee that was the issue for me but the incredibly offensive tone this woman had. When she tried to lecture me on what an inconvenience this was for her I told her she could use some lessons in public relations and hung up the phone. It was a truly horrible encounter! I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Last night our high school youth group went for an end of the school year activity, and we did the Gambler's Gambit (the more difficult game). Everyone had fun. Some of the puzzles were tough but manageable and some we needed some help from the Game Master, who by the way, was incredibly polite and encouraging. I would not recommend that particular game for anyone bringing kids under 10 because it may be too tough for them and they might get bored. I did bring to the Game Master's attention that though our reservation was for 7, Google has said the business was closed. Go by the reservation times, not Google. That said, he did indicate that during the day, if there isn't a reservation at a specific time, the person working may not be at the front desk. In other words: reservations required! Their reservation system is totally easy to manage and can be booked same day. If you finish the game, they reward you with a 10% discount for a future game and wrist bands that give you an extra clue in the game! Might come be handy. We all felt it was time well spent and would be up to do it again. read more

We had a wonderful time. My boyfriend and I have been to all of their escape rooms all over the valley and came up to flag to do the escape rooms up here. And we were not disappointed. The rooms here were huge and Dylan was very friendly and helped us all along the way! This was so fun! My friends and I wanted to do a fun outing and we did the Ski Lodge room in Flagstaff. It was a well put together room and it was a blast.
