We walked in without rsvp and was able to sit down immediately. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. I was a bit disappointed that the piklis wasn't spicy but the hot sauce they provided for the table made it for it. The food did take a while to come out but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and nice. I would visit again next time I'm in Paris

There is street parking available but I suggest using rideshare. Walked in and immediately knew we were where we should be. The place was filled with people who seemed as though their bellies were content. Was greeted by an amazing woman who turned out to be the owner. Her name was Charlotte when translated in English. She was so engaging and helpful with navigating the menu. I ordered samosas and griot. OMG! Everything was so savory and seasoned well. This was hands down the best Haitian food I have ever experienced. The griot was very tender. My entire party enjoyed their dish. I was…read moreexpecting New Orleans Creole because my American mind but I got antillais cuisine and Spanish Caribbean influenced dishes and cocktails which I also very much enjoy. Each cocktail, the zombie (though it was not a full poor) was delicious and Le Zouk was surprisingly refreshing with its heavy banana influence. You can't really miss with Caribbean rules influencing your cocktail decisions. The crabe farci was a great starter which is plenty enough to be an actual plate for one person, so order it to share as an entrée (appetizer in the American English speaking world). It's well seasoned and full of flavor with every bite. I really enjoyed it. I ordered the entrecôte à l'antillaise as my plat (entrée for the American English speaking world). The sauce gave life to the meat that was cooked well but lacked a bit of flavor on its own. The rice, beans, and plantains all held up well. For dessert I kept the spirit of banana from my cocktails going with the banane flambée. More rum and bananas set on fire...why not?! All in all, good meal.

The ambience is colorful and eclectic. The music played in the background is very nostalgic. The service was great and the staff were very kind. The price is reasonable. Considering how close they are to the Eiffel Tower, this place isn't exactly tourist-friendly…read more First off, it's super tiny and can maybe sit about 15 at most so it's not a really a walk-in type of place. Secondly, the menu is entirely in french and they don't have an english version. But that's okay because the owner totally makes up for it. He's friendly and has a really loud laugh, and treat you with warmness making you feel welcomed (which is rare in paris). The food is decent. My boyfriend loved it and said it was like a great home-cooked meal. Having had really good creole food, i admit to being a little bit spoiled and didnt think it was amazing or anything. We started with Crab Farci, which was really good and i definitely recommend anyone who visits to get this. Our mains were porc colombo and something else that i can't really remember anymore. What was really good though was their hot sauce. Holy crap it's hot. I love spicy food and this one made me happy. Tasty too. We would definitely come back.

The Owner/Chef/waiter/entertainer was very funny and obviously wanted you to have a great time (we Did) but the food was the best part! Creole seasonings can be overpowering, but this was not the case. You can spice it up ( He has a sauce you can try if you like that he'll bring to your table! be adventurous!) Desserts were marvelous too! We would go again and again, if only we lived in Paris!
