Established in 1995.

ESC was founded in 1995 to meet the increasing Human Resources and Employment Administration needs of the growing small & medium sized business market in Western New York and throughout the country. By providing employers with specialists in all areas of HR, compliance, employee benefits, and payroll, they can experience all of the benefits and efficiencies of a Fortune 500 HR department at a fraction of the cost. ESC has experienced purely organic growth throughout our history. Each client of ESC's started with a conversation - an opportunity for our team to learn about the client's business, their goals, and their challenges - and from those conversations we've developed custom solutions so that ESC can become a true partner in meeting those unique goals and overcoming those unique challenges.

Meet the Business Owner: Greg B.

Greg co-founded ESC in 1995 and currently serves as President, leading the Executive Team and overseeing all functions of the business. Prior to founding ESC, Greg ran a family auto business. While in that role, he recognized that a company that could help businesses with employment administration and human resources would be a valuable addition to the WNY marketplace. Shortly thereafter, he co-founded Employer Services Corporation. Under Greg's leadership, ESC has grown organically from a start-up business with two employees to an INC Magazine fastest growing company with over forty-five employees and is continuing to grow. In addition to appearing on the INC Magazine list 6 times, ESC has been recognized with a number of other awards, including Best Places to Work in WNY, Buffalo Business First's Fast Track 50, and WNY's Top Private Employers to name a few.
