I asked how far they were and they said they were 25 minutes away. How is this possible when we're already 30 minutes PAST the time they should have arrived? I contacted what I assumed was customer service to ask this question and was asked "Is there not traffic in Houston on a Friday? Or period?" GPS includes traffic in the arrival time. You expect me to believe the GPS time is off by an hour? I called the driver to ask where he was so I could meet him and get my items from him. It is now 5:31 pm and I am still waiting on him to arrive to the spot HE chose to meet at and said he could be here at 5:15. NEVER AGAIN
