Elaine's knowledge of style and warm personality allowed me to follow through with her recommendations. Since the cut, I've received many compliments! I reached out to get someone to run an errand for me. They would be picking up two tshirts from a…read morevendor and bringing them to me. The driver left at 2:20 pm and picked up the shirts right at 3:05 pm. According to Apple Maps, the vendor was a 46 minute drive away. I receive a text from the driver at 4:27 pm letting me know they had just caught a flat. I was curious since this was 30 minutes after they should have arrived. They assured me they were on the way. I asked how far they were and they said they were 25 minutes away. How is this possible when we're already 30 minutes PAST the time they should have arrived? I contacted what I assumed was customer service to ask this question and was asked "Is there not traffic in Houston on a Friday? Or period?" GPS includes traffic in the arrival time. You expect me to believe the GPS time is off by an hour? I called the driver to ask where he was so I could meet him and get my items from him. It is now 5:31 pm and I am still waiting on him to arrive to the spot HE chose to meet at and said he could be here at 5:15. NEVER AGAIN
