It's a busy place and ordering is a bit chaotic, but it's worth it. They have some outdoor seating and indoor seating. It looked like you choose your sweet and pay, and then they bring your food to you. I got mine to go and they wrapped it nicely. They also seemed to have some open-faced sandwiches if you wanted a light lunch before indulging in the sweets.

The interior feels classically Parisian which is a perfect setting in this idilic Austrian town. There are more options than you could ever want and all are done perfectly. You order at the counter and take a number then a server brings your pastries and drinks to the table. Great experience.

They are open late (but the kitchen closes earlier so confirm on their website to be sure...). We were two with a baby and were sat almost immediately both times we were there, once was on a Wednesday at around 18 and the other was on a day of a big festival around 16. We ordered completely from their specials menu and I think that's the way to go. The wienerschnitzel was AMAZING and HUGE... the pflagel was very good and felt like a very good home cooked meal, and the spetzel was also very flavorful and a great option. We tried their wine, beer and mulled wine - all had local options and were good. The service was amazing and FAST! I swear we had our food within 10 minutes of ordering in a full restaurant. If you are a big party and coming during busy season I would expect to wait for a table, it's very popular and the ambiance is very cozy!
