I am one of the customers of your Coventry Branch.I have made several orders during summer sale theses days via the Coventry Branch, and I went there to collect one of my orders. This order should be collected on the day before yesterday with the other two orders but it was not prepared. It was prepared well yesterday and I got the call, but I didn't have time to pick it up.
When I came to your shop today, I asked one of your staff who is a polite young man for assistance and I provided him with three order numbers. I also told him, two of these orders have been collected on the day before yesterday and I just couldn't remember the rest one which is a Marc Jacobs watch (These three order numbers were sent to me on the same day). So I just asked him to help me check and I told him I would come back afterwards to pick the Marc Jacobs one. In addition, I asked him to check my another order which is expected to be collected today (I haven't received a message yet).
When I came back, the other staff who is a middle-aged woman in short hair was very impolite. She just said that one of your order was canceled in a very rude way and didn't explain anything. And she told me angrily and even yelled at me that I should provide my receipt instead of order number without listening to my explanation.
Anyway, I got my Marc Jacobs and knew my other two watchers will arrive tomorrow. However, I AM VERY ANGRY WITH THIS LADY'S ATTITUDE.I think her behavior has gone against your management belief, and offended your customer in a very uncomfortable way, I would definitely report it as a racist discrimination should it happen again.
I hope you can consider seriously and pay attention to this incident today.
