She took the time to understand my skincare routine, concerns, and goals, then recommended adjustments where needed. I eventually purchased a package of three microneedling sessions with PRP. I was nervous because I have a low pain tolerance and, ironically, I'm not great with needles, but Alexa made the entire experience so comfortable. During every session, she was reassuring, calm, and gentle. She made sure I had calming gas to help me relax and continuously checked in to see if I was comfortable or needed a break. Alexa also explained everything she was doing, from adjusting the needle depth to targeting specific areas with PRP based on my skin concerns. The facial experience was so relaxing, and every step of the way, Lima walked me through what she was doing and what to expect from that specific treatment. The results I got were amazing!!
