This advice included highly insightful information about the current (and changing) Boulder real estate market; potential best timing for listing the property in light of market conditions as well as historical seasonal supply and demand considerations; viewing comps and visiting similar properties to assist in setting a reasonable asking price; and touring our property with us and ultimately providing a list of suggested improvements that could be made to improve salability and maximize price (the list also included prioritization and discussion of cost-benefit of each improvement). In sum, Angela worked with us on developing a thoughtful strategy for approaching the sale of our home, and then executed that strategy exquisitely. In our case, we opened the home for viewings on a Thursday, and Angela accepted offers by 5pm that Sunday. We received a number of bids--all over the asking price--after which Angela then expertly navigated the negotiation process to get us to a final, accepted offer followed by the closing.
