Wow! What an amazing dentist, seriously everyone the best I have ever encountered. I hope my words truly speak to you. What means most to me is being able to find someone I can actually trust to care about me as much as I care about myself and in this circumstance it's my little teeth that needed some special attention. I wanted to just share a little story of my circumstance in life so that you might fully understand why I say what I say.... I suffer from the disease of addiction and have suffered since I was young. About six months ago I had a little angel enter my life who took my hand and showed me that I could change if I only was willing to do the necessary work. Guess what I was ready! I went to Dr.Ericsson with a wide range of dental problems . I had several crowns , an overbite , a missing tooth, a cracked tooth and TMJ . My jaw would pop when chewing . Dr.Ericcson on my visit, evaluated my situation, took several exacting measurements , and explained what could be done to correct the overbite , relieve that popping I was experiencing ,and greatly enhance my appearance , since I really was reluctant to give a full smile , due to discolored caps and teeth . His experience , confidence, expertise ,and professionalism was impressive as well as his kindness and attention to my concerns . I decided to go for a full mouth rehab .Dr.Ericcson proceeded ,explaining each step and completed my rehab in an efficient and timely manner, and NO PAIN ! . I was amazed with the finished work , I had a smile that I was no longer reluctant to give , the popping in my jaw was eliminated and my overbite corrected , which actually widened the range of foods that I could now enjoy without problems , and I now had white and straight teeth . I had an acute TMJ flair-up due to my bite issues and was in excruciating pain for a couple of weeks. I started looking for any TMF specialist in this area, as I am new to Boca Raton. After reading a lot of reviews for various local offices and calling at least 3 offices, I decided to go with Ericsson Dental based on other patients' reviews. Front office stuff is very professional and efficient (thank you, Nancy!). The office itself is very clean and a joy to visit. And Dr. Ericsson is a high class specialist who clearly understands about occlusal adjustment and TMD condition more than most of regular dentist. I knew I had a very complex and a pretty bad case. He took his time to figure out the best solution for me without major reconstruction work, we discussed a lot of options, and I decided to follow his advise. It took me two visits to the office, and my bite is now as normal as it could be, in years. I will for sure make Dental Ericsson my regular dental office for any of my needs going forward. I was very fortunate to find Dr Ericsson, I was on a mini vacation in Hillsboro Beach from NY last week when I started having pain in a tooth that had just had a crown put on. By chance from an internet search I found Dr Ericsson, and called him 9 am Sunday morning. I was so surprised he answered the call and said to come in within an hour. My husband and I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Ericsson, and I decided to have an emergency root canal & post done, all in one appointment ( I didn't think this was possible- this would have been 4 appts in NY) and it was Sunday!. Dr Ericsson did a great job, I felt no pain during the 2 hours he worked on my tooth. He made me feel calm and confident in his ability to fix my tooth, in fact my husband jumped in the chair after to discuss his mouth and some work he needs done. Its one week later, and I am back home with no pain. I was very lucky to have found this practice, both my husband and I will be back in the future for cosmetic fixes & repairs. Ericsson dental took care of my emergency root canal as soon as I landed from my Sunday flight. I had started getting pain in Boston and immediately tried to find an emergency service. To my surprise, Dr. Ericsson answered and told me to come from the airport directly to his office. The office was impeccably clean and he was waiting for me. His ability to diagnose the problem and get me back to a normal state was such a relief. Anyone who has experienced tooth pain can relate. Dr. Ericsson and his staff were absolutely amazing! I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, but I found myself relaxed and at ease while visiting this office. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my personal needs and concerns. The big screen televisions with countless program options really distract you from the work being done in your mouth, and helps the time fly by. Dr. Ericsson is awesome! He made a sleep apnea mouthpiece that fits great and has really helped me get a good nights sleep. He made absolutely sure that I was comfortable with the fit of the mouthpiece. Dr. Ericsson spent the time to explained how the mouthpiece worked to keep the air way opened when sleeping. He also explained how to change the rubber bands on this mouthpiece and cleaning it too. Dr. Ericsson and his staff are professional and friendly. After trying to find a dentist in Boca Raton who REALLY does help you in an emergency on a Thursday night, Dr. Mark Ericsson actually called me back himself! I was amazed because so many said they had emergency assistance. That was not true. Dr. Ericsson was the only dental office to call me! At 9 pm I met him at his office and he pulled a tooth for me that had begun causing me agony after 6 pm. He was great, efficient and was just amazing. And a gentleman. I can't say enough about my fear of dentists.. I moved to Florida from NJ where I had my dentist for 10 years after going through a laundry list of nightmares!
