I would strongly not recommend Gravity architecture and recommended you stay away form these people. I currently have several complaints with AAA against its principals and directors. Please be aware that Trent Letwiniuk is not an architect !!!! But is listed on their website as a Principal. I only can register a complaint against the Corporation and Stephen Barencuet who is a Architect. I have never actually met Stephen Barencuet and Trent does Gravities bidding in my instance. He owns 49% of Gravity and is not an architect, apparently anyone can own shares, be a director in a Architectural firm in Alberta including a janitor or anyone for that matter and this is very scary !!! For consumers. Consumers be aware Trent is not an Architect but an AT!!! Trent letwiniuk and his Partner Stephen Barencuet have been a nightmare to deal with and he is a registered Architect owning 51%, I currently have 3 pending law suits at Court of Queens Bench against them as directors and the Corporation. Do not use this firm !!!!!

When we first visited the show home, Stephen emphasized that Bradview was superior to other builders because most of what we saw was allegedly "standard." However, they provided no documentation to clarify which features were upgrades. When we asked, Stephen pointed out a few things he claimed were upgrades, but many features he assured us were "standard" turned out to be upgrades later. We didn't discover what was actually upgraded until after we signed the purchase agreement and began the selection process. When we raised this issue, Bruce, the area sales manager, defended Stephen and dismissed our concerns. During our walk-through, two weeks before possession, we identified several issues with the house as we brought our own home inspector--some of which were quite concerning. We were assured that everything would be fixed before possession. However, when we requested to view the house again prior to possession, they refused, citing they have a policy that prohibited us from seeing the house within 30 days of possession, except during the walk-through. Then, a few days before possession--after nearly a year of holding our deposit --Bruce emailed us with an ultimatum, saying that if we weren't happy, they could return our deposit and take the house back. This response felt insulting, rude, and was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The construction manager was equally dismissive of our concerns. Quite frankly, you could receive better customer service at a dollar store than with this company.

So now the damages are bigger but my warranty has expired so I have to do it my self.
