One of my friends had recently purchased a home and Christine was his agent, even before I started looking for a new agent he shared stories of how much he appreciated Christine and everything she did for him. This time around I did my homework, read reviews, visited websites, read more reviews then finally took the leap of faith and called Christine. She promptly setup an appointment to come to our home to see if we were a fit. Yes, to see if we were a fit, which I really appreciated because in real estate transactions it's like a partnership, both parties need to work well together. Christine walked our home and she was honest to the T with what she liked and didn't like (hearing the good was awesome but we really needed to hear the bad because those items could set us apart from the other homes on the market). We sat for a good hour discussing not only the home we wanted to sell but what our new dream home was. She told us about herself, her worth ethic, even told us to look at her reviews and to think on it before we made a decision. So we did just that, my husband and I sat and talked for a couple days and decided she was a right fit for us and now the question were we the right fit for her. I called her with our decision and she agreed to be our agent and by the time the ink dried on the contract she was putting the plan into motion. She sent emails out to all her contacts on getting us estimates to fix items on our inspection, she had her stager contact us for an in home evaluation/idea/plan, and she even looked into a couple properties we had our eyes on. Whether we communicated via emails, phone calls, texts, day or night. Within a month of getting our to do's done our house was on the market (her stager came out with her before the professional pictures were taken - yes professional pictures) and when she listed our home it was actually higher than our original list price. How so? Christine made sure our improvements on the home were changes we would get back and didn't have us spend money on improvements that wouldn't be beneficial. The money we got from the selling of this home was going as a down payment on our forever home so that really meant a lot to us. The sale on our house moved along and before we knew it we were saying goodbye to our first home and moving forward to our forever home. She helped find our forever home and put just as much effort in selling our previous home as finding our new forever home. So whether you are looking to buy or sell or like us, do both, Christine is the right partner.

She helped us spend time wisely looking for houses that fit what we wanted. She was extremely knowledgable in helping us place offers. When I was depressed after an offer wasn't accepted it was Christine who got me back out looking. Let's face it buying a house is stressful and you really need someone that has your back, that person is Christine! She really is here to serve!

Laura Cordova - Integrity Asset Management…read more My wife and I owned three apartment buildings in downtown Albuquerque NM from 2006 through 2019. Prior to that, we had owned only single-family homes, doing both management and repairs ourselves. For the first six months, the apartments lost money due to high expenses and lax management by our first management company. Fortunately, our broker suggested Laura Cordova of Integrity Asset Management; she took over and soon turned things around. Laura is a high-energy individual, very professional, highly skilled in managing commercial and residential property, with years of experience in Albuquerque. Her personal dedication is amazing, and her attention to our investment was absolutely outstanding. There were many times during those years that Laura drove down in the middle of the night and spent hours dealing with some problem at our property. We had break-ins, flooding, even a fire: Laura put in the time, whatever was needed, to insure the safety and welfare of our tenants and property. We will always be grateful for her dedication and service. Laura is absolutely honest. As out-of-town owners, this was critical to the success of our investment. Early on we would fly in and visit the property just to check on things; in retrospect, this is laughable, but our prior management company had been so untrustworthy that we were very cautious. Of course, Laura always had everything under control and in perfect order: that is just who she is. We soon realized that our visits really added no value (and were probably more of a distraction), but we still enjoy sitting down with Laura for coffee or lunch when we visit Albuquerque. Every month, we received a complete monthly statement with all supporting documents and receipts, and a personal letter summarizing the month and future expectations. Her paperwork was always thorough and accurate. She has extensive local relationships for outside service providers, always knowing who to call for quality work, done quickly, and at reasonable prices. She knows the laws and regulations, she knows marketing, and she knows how to work with people. I believe she knew the names and situation of every tenant in every building, and could work with them effectively, while not letting that familiarity be taken advantage of. On one occasion she confronted a tenant that was causing a disturbance: she just walked up to this large man and put him into his place like a mother would a child, showing tremendous courage. You will not find a better property manager than Laura Cordova of Integrity Asset Management.

She was honest about houses and areas around the city that she thought we might enjoy living. Not pushing towards a particular area but rather with her understanding of the city and getting to know what we were looking for she helped us narrow down our searches to particular areas. I always thought she was truly trying to find the perfect home for my wife and me. She appears to be well connected, which is a blessing especially for those of us that moved here from out of State. She was always patient, engaged and helpful. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to move.

The worst quality & unprofessional realty service we've encounter. We rented the property via the…read morenet and assumed we were receiving this unit in a decent condition. The property was given to us in a filthy condition. The realty company was informed immediately & the issues we encounter with the trash in the yard and the dirt & grime were never fully resolved. Once our lease was up the Pam Harris the owner tried to "intimidate" us to sign another lease by verbal threats of immediately increasing the rent by 10%. We refused to bend to this intimidation and then she immediately became more aggressive by demanding to know when we were leaving. This property is in such a disgusting condition that the neighbors are hoping they will sell. They've also informed us they had a difficult time getting renters. This (IMO) is why they are trying to squeeze every penny out of us they can. On top of this, getting things fixed is never a smooth process. I continually have to send reminders. We gave our 30 day notice & Pquail realty's response was we need to pay rent past a 30 day notice because of the day of the month we sent our 30-day notice. This office has treated us very poorly on top of renting us a home that was previously occupied by a mechanic who worked on cars at the unit (we are informed by the neighbors & all the oil dumped in the yard & not cleaned). There's also car repair debris throughout the yard. We have never been late paying rent & have taken really good care of the unit. I would not use their services as ( in my experience/opinion) they look for every opportunity to do the bare minimum & while wanting more & more. The owner is extremely unprofessional in my interactions with her. She has accused us of removing items from the yard that were gone before we moved. This shows me that she didn't assess the property upon receipt of it. She also lack professionality by preferring to bicker rather than act on resolutions. The cleaning crew she hires does an adequate job & leaves the messes partially cleaned or not at all.
