With both transactions, everything went smoothly and everything was explained in as much detail as I wanted. They were always an email, text or phone call away. This significantly impacts your cumulative investment growth--they do not have your best interest in mind. I was also misinformed by a customer service representative about their Go Savings account until I read more on their website. Their training for customer representatives could cost you money, so please read up on what they're offering before you visit and trust them. They told me that I would get 3.00% APY for the first $2,499, then 1% for the remainder. That is not at all how it works--you get less than 0.03% for every penny after the $2,500 limit. I have a new car loan and make the payments on time every month. Same with its insurance which is a…read morenationally known brand.
