I was an incredibly anxious, first-time homebuyer in 2014. I was terrified of the financing falling through because of a tight timeline. My husband and I were attempting to bump a contingent offer and everything was on the line. I was quitting the worst job of my life to start a new one, and was working a lot of hours. Long story short: James' team made the entire process easy and seamless.
