If they do this, I have no problems with them. They have been doing work in the background, as was evident by what they have produced for me this week, and for that I am appreciative. The delays and problems they have run into have been outside of their control. Joseph also reached out to me through here as well to discuss my concerns and for those reasons I feel they are deserving of an updated review. Should things go back to the way they were before, then we will adjust expectations and plans and see. For now, if things go as planned and discussed then we are good.

She really did a wonderful job guiding us with respect to our accident claim, and we felt like we were making educated decisions along the way. We're so glad that we went with this law firm and not another. Things are now resolved and it was all because of her. Highly recommend.
