However starting back in 2023 I had to inquire why their moderators were attempting to censor the truth. Feel free to view my other reviews. I received unsolicited correspondence from their Senior Partner, CEO, CFO, Director and Registered Agent- Robert Davis Jr, Esq. via his paralegal Aida Tibbets sent to both of us. Makes me question his knowledge of it. It contained multiple typos which makes me question the professionalism of this Law Firm. Because how you do anything is how you do everything. This Law Firm sent me the most disrespectful, misinformed, unsolicited & ignorant correspondence you could imagine. Almost as if I were illiterate, didn't have decades of nursing experience, don't know what HIPAA is & wasn't actually there personally. I'm in such awe of this email. It's actually taken me 6 months just to contact them regarding their ignorant foolery. I just reviewed it today in it's entirety because each time I read it I have to just stop and flashback in disbelief to the entire failure of the utterly reprehensible incident in which this unsolicited correspondence represents with the Senior Partner's name & signature on it. But hey... I completely understand that lawyers are paid to be intentionally unethical daily & apparently this one has limited scruples & Let me read this again...very seldom am I at a loss for words. This email is actually extremely ignorant & befuddling. Like....where did you even get your information and why are YOU contacting me to speak for your client. Did you perform this investigation yourself, personally? Are you a Judge based off verbage? Who exactly did you type this letter to and for? I've left 2 messages, just today. One for the Sender and one for the Signor. Let's see what type of reply I get soliciting a reply. As a law firm they have about 300 questions they need ask themselves as to WHY they would EVER send Me this email. I used to believe in Santa, too....and apparently they'll lie for anybody. Maybe I should just schedule a personal consultation for clarification.....let's chat.
